CLEANTEX clothes are designed for cleanrooms where the air cleanliness is specified. Cleanrooms are divided into cleanroom classes according to specified allowed amount of dust elements and their size in an air unit. They follow US Fed. Stand. standard, WHO PIC or ISO 14644-1 standard.

Cleanroom classes according to particular standards:USA 209D = 1, 10, 100, 1 000, 10 000, 100 000
USA 209E = M1.5, M2.5, M3.5, M4.5, M5.5, M6.5
ISO 14644-1 = 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
WHO PIC = A, B, C, D
Our clothes are certified as “Protective working clothes for cleanrooms, CLEANTEX type”. They are designed and recommended for particular cleanroom classes according to “linting” tests and filtration and barrier characteristics of the type material. When producing we only use components designed for cleanrooms. If our customer requires other requirements, we will also produce clothes for cleanrooms according to EN 61340-5-1 (i.e. ESD CLEANROOM) or EN 1149-1, EN 1149-5 (i.s. cleanroom areas with possibility of electrostatic discharge). We also produce clothes for chemically resistant cleanrooms and hydrophobic clothes.

CLEANTEX clothes characteristics:
complete barrier against particles of size 0,5 – 5 micr.
they do not release particles
aging durability
they are easily decontaminated
the particles are not retroactively put back
reduction of electrostatic charge
they can be sterilized (with steam, ethylene oxide, gamma or beta rays)
resistance against liquid penetration for specific applications
